Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at Admin@thesenewstandards.com. We'll get back to you with the return address and next steps. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Return your original item and once accepted, place a new order for the colour you want

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return we'll let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bear in mind it may take additional time for your bank to process the refund. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at Admin@thesenewstandards.com and we'll make it right. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at Admin@thesenewstandards.com.
